How can I change Microsoft Office Excel & Word icons?

I have downloaded much cooler icons for Microsoft Exel %26amp; Word but can't change the original icons.

When you go into properties the %26quot;change icon%26quot; tab is not highlighted.

So many cool icons are available to download so their has to be a way to change them...anybody know how?How can I change Microsoft Office Excel %26amp; Word icons?
You can't change the original icons for any programs. You can only change shortcut icons on the desktop or taskbar.



Right-click on the original icon, select %26quot;Create shortcut%26quot;. You can change the new shortcut icon by right-clicking, select %26quot;Properties%26quot;, click %26quot;Change icon%26quot;, and navigate to your new icon.
