How to change icons in n95?

hi does any one knows that how can i change icons in menu which i get by installing theme.i want to use the icon i like.i dont telling about getting back the nokia default icons.i installed a theme which icon were cool.i want to use this icon in another theme.Is it possible?or can i change icons one by one or at once?How to change icons in n95?
