How do I change the icon(msn,etc)that shows in left side of the time ?

Every computer has their time shown on lower right hand

corner and on the left, there is these small icons that shows

up for some program like

msn or apowersoft youtubedownloader.

I want to change that icon not the desktop icon.

Is it even possible ? How do I change the icon(msn,etc)that shows in left side of the time ?
go to whatever program,

then tools/options



then should see %26quot;minimize to start bar%26quot;

etc.. uncheck that
