I'm using Micon to change the icons of my applications and it won't let me set a picture as an icon?

So, I set the icon I want to change, and then I choose what I want to set it to (the new icon) and I drag and drop the icon pic I want to use, but it doesn't show up as that picture, it shows up as a picture icon. Like the Preview icon on a page that say png or jpg under it.



How do I work this thing?I%26039;m using Micon to change the icons of my applications and it won%26039;t let me set a picture as an icon?
