all the 1st 55 levels have their own icon and each perstege after has its own if its something you know isnt one then its been hacked. other then that you just level up, and theres no going back. sorry i cant help anymore then that.How to change your icon without prestigeing in cod4?

sorry you cant. the icon your talking about is the level 55, 1st prestige icon.
