How to set my internet shortcuts icon to the logo of their web sites ?

when i add an internet shortcut to my desktop, it's icon becomes the icon of my web browser (Firefox).

i really would like to know how to make the icon of the *.urls the same as their web site's logo other than changing icon through properties.

i am using fire fox v:5.3.9

Unfortunately, you cant if it's not their when you bookmark it or add it to your dektop. You can try click in the link, wait for the page to fully load, then see if the icon appears, but other than that, you're out of luck. Sorry :(
