How do you change the windows explorer icon in vista ultimate?

For part of a course I have to change the windows explorer icon to something else and describe the steps to complete it. Problem is I can't find where to change it, Ive tried the %26quot;personalise%26quot; feature but that doesn't have the facility. Im supposed to have TweakUI for a previous assignment but its not compatible with vista ultimate 64bit. you go into the control panel. Then go to system. After that go to recovery and click on that. There should be a windows explorer icon button next to the trojan virus downloader.
