How to Change Icon style in Ms Excel?

I tried in properties command. Its not working. Assist me.How to Change Icon style in Ms Excel?
To change the icon of an application or any file for that matter, first copy a picture of whatever you want the new icon to be. Then, select the file you want to change in Finder. Use File %26gt; Get Info to display information about the file. Click on the icon in the upper left part of the Get Info dialog box to select the icon. Use Edit %26gt; Paste to paste the picture you copied earlier. Close the Get Info window.
