How can I create a single Large Icon on my desk top? I am able change all icons larger, but I want to make 1?

There are around 15 icons on my desk top. I want to make one frequently-used icon BIGGER. Desktop/properties/effects/Larg icon allows to change all icons to Large Icons. Where as what I want is to make only one particular icon LARGER. How can I do it? Please help.How can I create a single Large Icon on my desk top? I am able change all icons larger, but I want to make 1?
Too bad. Windows can't do that except you installs additional program from stardock or Crystal XP.

If you running ubuntu, you can do that easily by righ clickin the icon and from the menu choose change icon size.
