How do I change my icon for Microsoft Wordin order to put larger icons on RocketDock?

I downloaded some new icons for Microsoft to put on RocketDock. I am able to put Microsoft Word icon on the dock, but I don't know how to change that icon and still make it link correctly to Microsoft Word. Does anyone know?How do I change my icon for Microsoft Wordin order to put larger icons on RocketDock?
To change icons on Rocket Dock, right Click on the icon and select %26quot;Icon Settings%26quot;, there you can put any Icon or Png file you want, there you can search for the target program too._
