I am using uTorrent at work and since it is always active, it is still visible in the tray. Can anyone suggest a way of changing its icon, so that people do not know immediately what Im up to?

If right clicking it does not give you that option to change the icon, try this method
Right click start
Click properties
Click the task bar tab
Click customize
Scroll to the icon, highlight it, and on the right change to always hideHow to change the icon of a program?
