okay so i wanted to upload a picture instead of an avatar, and i did. i changed it on my profile and it works cuz if i go to look at it my picture is there. how do i make that picture my icon instead of this avatar?

Edit: oops, that's not what you asked. in the 3 yrs I have been on here I haven't been able to figure out how to get my real picture on here.
