I have windows bista and would like to be able to make the blue folder icon different colors?

i use many folder shortcuts but think it would be cool if they were different colors. I know how to change icon , but would like to keep it to glass like folder I could not figure out how to edit a .dll in photoshopI have windows bista and would like to be able to make the blue folder icon different colors?
use microangelo, it's a icon editer and will open dll's and save to them as well

Do what Justin said, get yourself some sort of icon editing software.



PhotoShop is not capable of editing .dll's or .ico's.
