How do you change the icon size of one icon?

I have all of my icons on my desktop set to large icons but some of them are small. How do I make the smaller ones larger so they all are in porportion? Also can you remove the little arrow at the bottom left of an icon which indicates that it is a shortcut... That would be greatHow do you change the icon size of one icon?
in windows xp: right clik on desktop%26lt;properties%26lt;appearance%26lt;advanced%26lt;i?.....and change the size from there



in vista: just use ctrl+%26lt;mouse scroll up or down%26gt;How do you change the icon size of one icon?
Generally it should appear the same because the property says it should be same.

Just in case like the one u say happens try REFRESH the screen. It is persists then right click on the empty page of the screen and go to properties.

APPEAREANCE

go to the ICON and set ur size / height/width
