How do i change my Instant Messaging icon back to the original, on my Blackberry Curve 8900?

I accidentally changed the icon to the Instant Messaging folder on my BBCurve 8900. The originaicon is the blue square bubble that has IM in the middle of it. Then when I edited the icon, it changed it to this plain boring one. How do I get it back to the original blue one?
