How do I change my icon to a real picture of me?

The icon is okay, but how do I get a real photo on there? Do I have to change the size of the photo?

you have to sign up for the 360 page, and upload a picture on there, and then go back to answers and set up, select you picHow do I change my icon to a real picture of me?
once you up load the picture, you go back to your profile an answers and edit your info, and from there the picture you have selected as your main pic on 360 should come up as the picture you can select for answers pic.

All you have to do is upload the photograph to Yahoo 360 rather than to your Yahoo profile. For some reason they decided to integrate Yahoo 360 into Yahoo Answers.

i think you have to have a 360 page.. then you probably just transfer pic.
