Go to Yahoo profile http://profiles.yahoo.com/ and create a profile. Then select a picture from your computer and upload it to your profile.

If you already have a profile go here and select Use My Profile image. http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit;_ylt

You can also add a picture from the internet, right click on the image and select Save picture As then select where you want to save it. Then you can upload it to your profile.

A box will open, of the then click add photo. another box will open click browse to view the pictures in My Pictures.
